I’m Nicole, founder of this agency, former hairstylist, and woman who’s spent 25 years in an industry that’s brilliant, beautiful, and wildly broken.
I got into this work by accident. I dropped out of college and picked beauty school on a whim, but once I found this industry, I never looked back. I spent years behind the chair, then moved into education for some of the biggest names in the game like Sexy Hair, DevaCurl, and ColorProof. My job was to develop classes and programs that helped hairstylists elevate their technical skills, but what I really loved? Watching them build confidence, raise their rates, and go after the career they actually wanted.
In 2017, I went freelance. In 2020, I went all in.
